1. General Policy

Our refund and cancellation policy vary depending on the type of booking. Please review the specific sections below for details on cancellations and refunds for FIT bookings, exhibition bookings, and flight bookings.

2. FIT (Fully Independent Traveller) Bookings

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made more than 3 days before the start date of the booking will incur 0% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made between 0-3 days before the start date of the booking will incur 100% cancellation fee.
 

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Any non-refundable deposits or fees outlined in the booking agreement will not be refunded.
 

3. Exhibition Bookings

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation policy will vary depending on the magnitude of the exhibition. Please contact our sales team to know about the exact policy
 

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will be processed within 60 days of receiving the cancellation request.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Any non-refundable deposits or fees outlined in the booking agreement will not be refunded.
 

4. Flight Bookings

Cancellation Policy:

  • Flight cancellations are subject to the airline’s cancellation policy and fees.
  • We do not charge any additional charges for cancellations.
  • HEC Hospitality Pvt Ltd will assist in processing cancellations and refunds in accordance with the airline’s policies.
 

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds for flight bookings will be processed based on the airline’s policies.
  • Any service fees charged by HEC Hospitality Pvt Ltd for flight bookings are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once received from the airline.
 

5. Changes and Modifications

  • Any changes or modifications to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
  • Requests for changes or modifications must be made in writing and approved by HEC Hospitality Pvt Ltd.
