For any service related issues like no Hot water, stained blankets, dirty or small rooms, limited breakfast, slow or no room service, arrogant staff, no restaurant, no TV, no A/C, lack of hotel or room amenities, HEC Hospitality shall not be held responsible and will not entertain any such issues.

Policies

Standard Check in Time and Check out Time for Hotels is 2pm (1400 Hrs) and 12pm (1200 Hrs) respectively.
Early Check In and Late Check Out shall be subject to availability. In case room is required on confirmed basis, then we advise to book room from the previous day / next day.
Twin Bed shall be allocated depending on the room availability. We can raise a request for the same but allocation is at the sole discretion of the hotel.
In case of No-Show without prior intimation, the Hotel shall hold the right to cancel the bookings.
Any extras (such as Room Service, Telephone Calls, Mini Bar, Laundry) incurred shall be payable by the guest directly at hotel.
The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.
According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voters Card and Passport. Without valid ID hotel reserves the right to deny checkin to the guest.
The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. Children must be accompanied by adults.
Some of the hotels may ask for a security deposit at the time of check-in. The same shall be refunded at the time of check-out. HEC Hospitality Pvt Ltd shall not be responsible for facilitating the refund.
